                           Action speaks Louder than Words..

Nowadays, as the society we live in gets more and more complicated, human interactions seem to have set off to a whole new level. Suddenly, diplomacy has taken the world by storm, thus becoming a must in every successful action of our day-to-day life. Nevertheless, since words may sometimes be misleading, it is our actions that end up betraying our true nature.
In my opinion, speech can be considered to be one of the oldest,  yet the most important art that mankind has ever created. Persuasion is not just a form of transmitting a message, but also a carefully crafted instrument we constantly try to learn how to master. Eventually, words are nothing more than a candle in the wind. On the other hand, our actions ,the ones that truly define who we are, are more,  likely to be those that would endure through the test of time.
Moreover, were we to take the example of the chronicles, it is great deeds that made great rulers part of the universal history and not what they may have said. Of course, there are several notable exceptions, like Winston Churchill or King Louis the Fourteenth of France who is greatly known for having said, "I am the State" . Nevertheless, their quotes are in fact associated with their actions, therefore, in the end, the actions regain their supremacy.
To sum up, I am a firm believer that a good deed is worth more than a thousand nice words. Consequently, there can be no doubt as to whether words can be considered to be more important than actions. Nonetheless, some might state that there are times in our lives when a word may be worth more than anything in the world. I could not disagree with this statement. However, let as take comforting someone for example. Undoubtedly, kind words are to be used, yet the purpose of their usage clearly defines the action of comforting a person in need. All in all, I reckon that one simply cannot deny that actions speak louder than words.

Mankind still alive.

Mankind still alive!
During the World War II a man saved 8000 Jews by faking typhus epidemics.
Eugene Lazowski's generosity under the threat of execution is another reminder that not all human beings are terrible. Like many others, Eugene's actions during the World War II helped save thousands of Jews that would have most certainly been executed in a concentration camp by the Nazi's.
Eugene Lazowski was born and raised in a small town in Poland. When the World War came rolling around, Eugene like many other young men decided to enroll in the army. First, he was a second lieutenant on a Red Cross train, later becoming a medical doctor in the polish resistance.
Eugene Lazowsk, with the help of his friend Dr Stanislaw Mateluwicz, created a fake typhus epidemic that wasn't lethal, but to the Nazi doctors it appeared as if almost the entire population of the city had typhus! As a result, the Nazis quarantined the city and around 8,000 Jewish people avoided going to concentration camp.
Eugene Lazowski passed away in 2006.

EAT OATS; STAY HEALTHY

Academic studies, after college jobs and extracurricular activities can quickly consume a teenagers’ calendar. With busy schedules and multiplying obligations, the recommended healthy food that we must intake is reducing. Add the 60 minutes or more of physical activity to the equation and you might even feel overwhelmed. We are smart enough to appreciate the benefits of a healthy diet, but also are easily tempted by fast and tasty junk food.

Take a deep breath and have a closer look. Being healthy is not just about what you eat, even though that is a big portion. It is about how you treat your body, meaning what you put into it and the type of things you put your body through. Mostly, we think being healthy is an expensive and difficult lifestyle but the reality to this assumption is we are reluctant to make changes in our lives; just mere excuses that hold us back from leading healthy lives.

While our bodies have in many ways changed over the centuries, one thing has remained the same is that we eat to live and if we go a decent amount of time without eating, our bodies send a signal to our brains and we begin to think that we are starving and immediately go into our natural survival instinct. This means that when our metabolism starts lowering and we eat, our bodies tend to try and conserve the energy then burn it in the various activities that we perform the entire day.

So as far as energy levels and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is concerned, eating breakfast is literally breaking the fast that you go through while sleeping and helping you jump start your metabolism and helps in maintaining a good level blood sugar.

Here, today I have with me is an amazing deal of healthy, tasty, easy to make and fast to prepare breakfast, i.e., Gluten Free Banana Oatmeal which is high in protein, gluten free and mouth watering. This recipe, I myself found on the internet and till date, I am so crazy about Gluten Free Banana Oatmeal that I couldn’t stop myself from sharing my little secret with you guys.        The Mirage of Life
                                                              -Chaitanya
Lost, tired , wired i am
Dragging my foot to walk around
My foot is sulking into the ground
By the sand dunes i am bound
Victorious i am,
Because i am self crowned
Despite, i still keep walking
Because , i still haven't got respite
Searching for it day and night
Searching for water all around,
Not a single drop to be found.
Suddenly i see what i was longing for,
I pound upon it,
only to find sand in my mouth.
Oops! I think i got it wrong ,
Its just a mile along the path
i now run as fast as i can
"it's nearing " i tell my mind
As i near it it moves farther
It's a mirage, my destination
my destination is a mirage
The closer i get the farther it moves,
leaving me high n dry
and also does it help me try
makes me cry
Mirage of life it's all about
Keeps you moving all around...
