Celebrating Diwali 2014

Lets Burst Negativity!

Diwali, the festival of lights is one of the biggest celebration of the year in every Hindu family. With its arrival, it brings in joy, happiness, zeal, enthusiasm and what not? It spreads positive energy and good vibes all around. The stunning beauty and the joy of the festival can thus be a reason for a change! This Diwali let us all try a  little more harder to make ourselves a little more better. Lets burst the little devils which envelope the different spheres of our life. This year, let us all make an effort to spread love and peace around. Let us all try our best to slash down our seven deadly sins: lust, gluttony, pride, greed, wrath, laziness and envy.

All of us lack in some or the other way when it comes to 'being a good human' because lets get that straight, we're humans and we aren't perfect! But yes, all of us can improvise on ourselves in some or the other way! We can train ourselves to reach the level of perfection (again, no one can ever be perfect) We can learn to do good and to spread goodness around. After all, we humans are such good learners! What is good, is a concept undefined, we simply cannot define its charm and beauty with our limited vocabulary. Maybe, some concepts of life are meant to be so. But surely, we can feel this inexplicable happiness of goodness in us, when we actually try to become a good human. And believe me, positive people are such fun people. We must all try to become one.

The motive of my blog post is just to remind everyone of us that this Diwali is a very great opportunity for all of us to broaden our perspective and look at the world with a different view point. Its a time where we can burst down the negativity in us and learn to view things with a positive outlook. At last, its never too late to start with a new and a beautiful beginning but the sooner you learn it, the sooner you can achieve the immeasurable beauty and happiness of life. So yeah, spread spread and spread love, there is enough of hate already. Plus, being good is the coolest style in fashion and magically, this fashion never fades ;)
Happy Diwali!

  1. Brilliant work.Especially the thoughts and ideas that have been expressed, linking it with Diwali. Keep up the good work. Enrich us with your words and be a good person. As we grow it is only our goodness that grows with us and helps us to forge ahead. At this moment I am repeating some wise person's words 'Do not let the child in you grow' up as innocence also becomes a guiding force in our lives many a times . WISHING ALL MY STUDENTS A VERY HAPPY AND SAFE DIWALI. God Bless.
