BEAUTIFUL AURA….
The
potential of women in the world of work is far greater than being acceptable
part of it. Indian women grow up in a certain ethos, developing skills and
instincts unique to our culture, giving them a competitive edge both against
the male gender and their counter parts across the world. Budding women leaders
should harness and nurture this unique world view, to increase the harmony
quotient in the world environment and resolve strife.
Women are naturally collaborative leaders.
Having lived with a diverse family and social members in India, they have a
natural flair for dealing with different kinds of people, thereby developing
high levels of tolerance.
Leadership is also about carrying yourself
in a dignified manner. To become a leader visualisation is the first step
towards realisation. Have the conviction to lead. Traditional upbringing
sometimes teaches inner strength but outward submissiveness. They do not shy
away from reinvention and are good strategists in times of change. They keep
calm. This is an inspiring facet of their leadership.
Women can multitask, with a 360 degree
worldview, whether it’s cooking, styling, sports, politics, career focus or
relaxed evening with extended family.
Geetanjali Kirloskar, Director, Kirloskar
Systems & Chairperson of Sakra World Hospitals says,” Don’t feel guilty
about going to the beauty parlour Sunday morning, and don’t push yourself to alleviate
your guilt thereafter. A women loves to indulge and be pampered. Don’t tire out
or it will dilute the freshness of your persona. Remember people follow leaders
who have powerful, energetic, refreshing Beautiful Aura”……
